It can be confusing dealing with design and development, so you’ll find we do things a bit differently. We quote everything up-front with clear timescales and what we need from you. The pricing below should give you an idea/ indication, but we’ll have a chat to create a package that meets your needs and budget.

Graphics uniquely tailored to your situation, expressing the vision and values of your organisation.
Logos & Branding
- Standard Logo Design (1 starting concept, 3 revisions) = £400

- Brand Guidelines / Logo usage instruction sheet (“how to use your brand” for others) = £200
- Existing Logo Cleanup/ Vector (making your logo resizeable and more flexible) = £300
Business Cards, Letterhead and With Compliments

- With Compliments = £100 using the Letterhead as the starting point
Print Graphics
- Poster Design = £200

- Leaflets and Brochures depend a lot of the number of pages needed and how much layout work is anticipated (eg. tables for annual reports, full graphical work up on each page or not), hence we need to talk through your project before quoting
Digital Graphics
This would usually be a package of assets, such as images for a website, social campaign, email newsletters, etc. Hence the price is primarily based on hours needed at an hourly rate of £50/hour.

- Hosting costs are separate, Tortilla Hosting can provide a quote if needed, most sites (apart from eCommerce) work well on their £90/year Standard Hosting
- For online sales, donations or other services (like ticketing) the provider like PayPal, Stripe or EventBrite will typically charge fees on each transaction.

Payment & Payment Methods
- Invoices have 14 days credit
- Payment by bank transfer, cheque or card (PayPal)
- Accounts can be arranged for regularly monthly work, but we only charge the work we do up to a budget set by you (no retainers)
We are however also happy to talk things through and on occasion work out special payment solutions; though we do this by exception to those who really need it to be fair to all our clients.
Budgets and Communication
Almost always there’s a way your budget can be matched with an appropriate service. Also, having been in the business a while there’s a good chance we’ve come across a situation similar to yours. The key is open and honest communication, just pick up the phone or drop us an email.
